They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for exploring Juneau, all of which turned out to be perfect for our visit. “Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice. ”
