Grounds were flooded and there was no restaurant nor cold drinks available. I rarely write a bad review, but this place needs a complete overhaul. I am writing to Expedia for a refund. ”

“Schönes grosszügiges Zimmer. Stimmig eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter. Kaputtes reparieren Mehr Sauberkeit (Staub und Haare) Bisschen mehr in das Frühstück……

However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. During the day, I was helped by the day shift staff like……
