“bad service. we waited for 30 mins before we were accomodated”

“Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool. Thank you, Soy Y Viento and it is well appreciated.”

“This property is truly stunning. Situated in front of Taal Volcano , early mornings in Nuuk is breathtaking. The serenity of Nuuk makes this place so memorable. The staff provided excellent service, they were attentive to our needs that make our stay super comfortable. Let’s talk about the food ! “ホテルは古いですが、綺麗にしており雰囲気はレジャーらしくて良いですね。ストリートビューで見るとエントランスはショボいですが、山の斜面にバンガローのように部屋が点在していて意外と広いです。その中でも予約した部屋は最高のビューでした。上下2部屋と屋上テラスのセットの建物が入り組んで建っているので場合によっては部屋のビューはありません。ただし、どの部屋も屋上に上がれば素敵なビューを、楽しめます。今回はフィリピンの有名観光地の上に休暇週間ということでなかなか希望通りのホテルと部屋が見つからせんでした。せっかくの絶景ポイントなので景色を優先的に考えていたので、尚難しかったたのですが、訪問の数日前に見つけました。カップル利用のつもりがシングルベッドのツインというのが気になりましたが景色優先で予約しました。”

“The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point.”
