“In general sense the property was in excellent condition, the staff was courteous every time you meet them, but the WiFi had a weak signal on my two nights stay.”

Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. The lobby and hallways smelled bad like there’s mold but Im sure that they’ve already addressed this. ……

“We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. First, we were given an upgrade to a deluxe room which we really appreciated because at the time I booked it, the superior room was the only room almost equivalent to my free room voucher but lower than the value. Days before our stay, the deluxe room was on promo, so I'm glad that they upgraded us. Thanks to Jigs! They even surprised us by setting up our room with balloons and flower petals on our bed. “While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right……

“The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car.
