“Super friendly & helpful staff”

“The rooms were nice and well kept and the manager let us stay an extra hour after checkout to accommodate our plans. The check-in was a bit fraught. We were told check-in was at 2pm so we had lunch in the restaurant (issues with that also re every 5 minutes a different excuse why we didn't have our food). At 2pm the strange excuses started as to why we couldn't yet check-in. In the end supposedly there was some kind of walk out by the cleaning staff and the manager had to clean all the rooms.……

“很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！”

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“I stayed in three different hostels for my first Scotland trip. This is the best one out of the three. Definitely I will return during my next visit to Inverness. This hostel was the only one that could accommodate my request for a lower bunk bed, which I greatly appreciated, as I needed to wake up in early morning. Location: Very affordable rates and just about 15min walk from the town center. It is easier to walk from Morrison, and for those needing to travel to the airport, there is a bus……

“Great stay! Easy to find - easy to park - beautiful facilities, great dinner at restaurant! Only negative was that breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic due to a large tour group.”

“房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。”

“ Nice hotel, great staff and good value. Large rooms for the UK, very clean. Provided a welcome bag with breakfast items, no dinner offered but nice bar and cafe. I little too far to walk to the main downtown attractions and took awhile to get a taxi but hotel staff was able to resolve. ”

“Carpets were dirty sofa was broke mand leather peeling and the fact shower and toilet area were dirty my girlfriend had to bleach and clean en suite due to pubic hair and glass being dirty in current pandemic pretty poor ”

“地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住”
