“The house was perfect for me and my dogs. The fenced in yard was just the right size, and the water behind the house was beautiful. The house was a little hard to find since it's kind of hidden, but access was very easy once the owner helped out. ”

“This was such a gem to find in Central Fl. We were visiting family in the area and wanted a place close by. We loved our stay here. It was close to delicious restaurants and fun activities. We visited Rainbow Springs State Park and enjoyed the day in the beautiful natural springs. We even came home to gorgeous sunsets on the lake and caught 2 fish! The hot tub was relaxing and the vibes were right! I would definitely recommend staying here, everything was perfectly clean and so beautifully……

“I spent two nights at Cypress Cottage, and it was exactly what I needed — calm, peaceful, and close to nature. Despite the 4th of July fireworks in the distance, the cottage offered a perfect retreat with only the soothing outdoor sounds. Special thanks to our host, Chris, for his warm hospitality, thoughtful touches, and for following up to check in and make sure everything was going well. “We had such an amazing experience here at your place! Upon arriving, I was a little taken back because it “looked” so small. BUT, as soon as I opened the door, I was blown away by the presentation! The ambience- from the gentle music playing on the television (like a five star hotel), the cleanliness, the decorations, the neutral colors, and most importantly the smell! Oh how lovely! It was more than enough space for our family of three! (even a family of 4) The linen smelled exceptionally……

“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future……

“Cute little place, had everything we needed. Little firepit, private dock with canoes and fishing poles. We really enjoyed the direct water access to the small lake. There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood driving in but nobody bothered us. The entire property was fenced so my pup could enjoy the yard with privacy fence on the 2 sides. It’s……

“This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. ”

“The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! ”

“We were very happy with our stay! Property was exactly as described; so peaceful and beautiful out back! We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. “This was our first stay on Rainbow River. I'm not sure if it was all of the amenities or the host (Chaz) that was the highlight of the trip, but both were fantastic. We messaged him on the second day (in the morning) to ask some advice about how best to take advantage of uitlizing KP Hole with the equipment he has at the rental. He not only answered immediately, he provided us with information that helped us have an amazing day on the water and also saved us noticable money in the long run. ……
