“Wow! This was our first time ever to visit The Villages and this property was perfect. Why? Location, location, location! It’s near the Brownwood paddock Square. It’s near the Eisenhower rec center. There’s an adult only pool very nearby. Also two golf courses and another rec center all within walking distance.. The golf cart was a nice benefit too! Looking forward to coming back!”

“The pictures were accurate. The house was nice and clean and had enough of everything, towels, blankets, pillow, toiletries, and coffee! If we go back we would stay here again. ”

“Absolutely the cleanest VRBO (or any rental) property I’ve ever stayed in! I think it was definitely geared towards more long term renters (we stayed 5 days as it didn’t have any complementary items other properties typically do (shampoo, conditioner, spices, hangers for the closets etc). I would take the cleanliness of the house and great communication from the owners over those items any day though. Highly recommend this property!! ”

“The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.”

“Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. Did not affect our stay but looks like they have not been addressed for awhile. Really feel the……

“This was our 5th or 6th time renting this house for a group dive trip and a favorite. It is a beautiful location, clean, well stocked and great communication with the host. We will be back again!”
