“This house is a lot of fun. Lots of space, right on the water, perfect for a large group of people. There are lots of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to use. Grill, and pool table. There is a large yard, we were able to play some yard games, and a fire pit. Lots of stores near by for food and drinks. The house was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels. All you need for the kitchen as far as cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc). If you are not familiar with the area, please do your……

“The birdhouse is truly magical! Dana is a wonderful host. Very communicative And accommodating. The location of the house is perfect. Everything you need is within a short drive if you decide to even get into a car. By boat is better or paddleboard! Our pups loved the enclosed fenced in yard. The yard is huge! They had a nice room to run around, play, and explore! One of our favorite things about the home Besides, it’s wonderful natural beauty was that you never felt that your dog was not……

“Chris was a great host. Communication was easy. House is spacious and very clean. Pool and amenities are fabulous. My only suggestion is to consider putting a more permanent door to the bunk room The screen provided did create privacy but doesn't block any sounds of the home into that space. Loved staying in the home. ”

“Easy access to the river with the kayaks”

“Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.”

Everything worked great and the property had everything we needed. Was a perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. Never a bad time unplugged and completely connected to nature. ”

“Amazing semi-local getaway, being from Florida about 2 hours south, we wanted to explore this area. Property was amazing, quiet, serene, and exactly what we needed. Kayaked and fished daily, made the trip by kayak to Three Sisters spring for a swim and short exploration, highly recommend.fished right out the back, caught Catfish and millet, saw a few sheepshead as well. Pool was refreshing and hose was well stocked for any needs.Will return to this property again.”

“Perfect sleeping arrangements with enough towels blanket and sheets. Nice back yard for early morning coffee by the pool. Fence yard for our pet to stretch her legs. The kids loved the Foosball and the ping pong table in the garage. Close to the boardwalk.”

“Property was very nice, beds were all comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. We had 4 couples and all were happy and had their own bedrooms. We had 2 boats, one 23 foot runabout and one 17 foot flats boat. Plenty of room. Pool was nice and lanai keep out the bugs. We had a great time. Host was very responsive. ”

“My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us ”
