"The rooms that I and my parents stayed were in excellent conditions. Bathroom was new, clean and big. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. I forgot my diamond earring in the room. I did not realise until I was back to Fukuoka. I called the hotel and they immediately sent a staff to the room that I stayed to check. THEY FOUND IT! I returned to the hotel in the next morning to pick it up. This is such a wonderful experience that the hotel staff was honest, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone who visit Nagasaki to stay at his hotel. Again, thank you for looking after me and my parents during our stay in Nagasaki!! You all made my trip amazing!!!"

"One of the biggest pros is that we had enough space to open both our luggages in the room. Location is perfect for travellers using JR. Tram, shopping mall, convenience stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. The room is clean and the service is great. "
