“We are very disappointed the arrangement of hotel. They give the disable room to us and our feeling is very bad. The bathroom water is not hot enough for taking shower. ”

“This was a great location after ending our 7 day tour. Easily walkable, a Michelin rated restaurant for dinner, excellent breakfast out (since we had a leisure morning and no rush to the airport). We only had one bottled water for the entire period of our stay (which was 5 days and 4 nights) and it wasn't replenished. But well, tap water is drinkable in Ireland. Then, the only window only opens to other rooms. Thus, we must keep the curtain down all the time to maintain some privacy. We cannot tell the day from the night. Besides, the toilet seat cover doesn't fit the bowl. Though the……

“Beautiful hotel. Food and service was fantastic and not overly expensive as you find in some hotels. Room was comfortable - The bed was wonderful, I had the best nights sleep. But the bathroom wasn’t great. The dispenser didn’t work on the toiletries provided and no toiletries are provided for a bath - only a shower. The plug chain on the bath tub had snapped too. All a little frustrating after a long days travelling. Location is great and the surrounding area is beautiful.”
