“We had a great trip! This house works really well if you want to be close to Temperance River (5 minutes from door to park!!) and all points north of there including 40 minutes to Grand Marais! “The Treehouse was spotless, with a well-furnished kitchen (we ate all our meals at the house). The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the baseboard heat worked great (although we only needed it at night). The wrap-around deck was perfect for watching sunrises over the lake. There is a steep gravel road up to the house and a small parking area, but we were able to navigate without difficulty. “This log home was the perfect retreat for our fall getaway. It is situated in a quiet and private location on the water. We enjoyed evenings by the fire and mornings on the deck overlooking Lake Superior. It was thoughtfully decorated and offered many kind and generous touches.
