“Overall this was an amazing experience. It is an old fashioned hotel, that would really need to renew decoration from my perspective and be able so to invite younger guests! Need a good gym, but has amazing thermal pools !! The best of my staying was the charming staff of waiters and people that always made me feel great! When I got there my room view was to some bushes not very nice and I asked if there was a chance to move to an ocean view room even paying the difference, they made it……

“This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more……
