“The manager of the Transit Hotel refused to honor my reservation even though I showed him the confirmation and receipt that Experdia sent to my email account. He did not refund the payment, either. Instead, he sent me into the streets of Isiolo, carrying my luggage, to find another hotel.”

“Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future.”

“reservation via expedia and payment unclear. initial room toilet not working. alternative room very small. pictures and reality not matching. not sure why it has 9.4 rating. food was bad and took forever to deliver”
