“The property is absolute beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, but you do need to ask for service or they will leave you alone to enjoy the serenity. The breakfasts are included as part of the stay and it was absolutely delicious - juice, fresh fruit, parfait and omelettes cooked to perfection one day and Mexican Casserole to die for! The property includes a private beach, an amazing pool, cabanas, dining areas and self serve coffee station in the morning. Also……

“Clean, AC, great service!!! Coming back for sure but maybe not the top floor. No elevators so go slow. We stayed at Isla Mujeres June, summer season… phew… everything was hot including the ice cream! Jk. So the AC was just the perfect recovery. This is in the heart of downtown, so it was great to be able to walk out into thick of the active night life. Thanks!”

First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. My sink would also clog up immediately. These are little things that add up. BUT! The customer service here is out of this world. You feel genuine appreciation from the staff about your visit and your……

“We enjoyed our stay immensely! The room was great and the bed was super comfy. Our free waterfront breakfast was delightful, though I would avoid the sausage, unless you like hot dogs. Ernesto at the front desk was very accommodating and very helpful with everything from supplying towels to providing useful suggestions. ”
