“The property is absolute beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, but you do need to ask for service or they will leave you alone to enjoy the serenity. The breakfasts are included as part of the stay and it was absolutely delicious - juice, fresh fruit, parfait and omelettes cooked to perfection one day and Mexican Casserole to die for! The property includes a private beach, an amazing pool, cabanas, dining areas and self serve coffee station in the morning. Also……

“It is in a great location in North Beach. Two only issues: a) have a safe in the rooms and, b) it's difficult to arrive with luggage as there is a sandy area you must walk and must lift all you luggage.”

“Our room at Cuxos was really lovely and we had an amazing view. A microwave would have been a nice addition and beware there is no elevator. We were under the impression we could use the lounge chairs on the beach for free (with a tip of course) but were told by the guys working that it was 600 pesos plus a food/beverage requirement. Just next door at The Mayan/Nauti Beach there was only a 600 pesos food/beverage requirement. So for our 2 beach days we went there instead. ”

“Very pretty and quaint property away from all the business of Playa Norte. Very close to punta sur, only a 10 minute walk. We came to relax and enjoy the beauty and this property delivered. It’s small and older but it’s beautiful and very charming. We would definitely return. ”
