They told us they have laundry machines on property but when we arrived we found out that wasn’t true. Also the large outdoor dining space is shared. We wish we knew that before. The studio is clean, nicely decorated, private, quiet, the manager was always available, super nice and helpful although we never actually met her. A bit of a drive to grocery store and restaurants, etc but would consider the unit again. “We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara! We were within walking distance from State Street where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The house itself is in very comfortable and well equipped! The garden area in the back is just delightful! We would definitely stay here again if in Santa Barbara. Dawn was a great host and left lots of ideas for places to go and eat.”
