“A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. ”

“We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“Rita is a kind, accommodating host whose home is very well maintained. The ocean views are cinematic and the interior of the home is beautifully built, from construction quality to high grade finishes. Each room is plush yet refined and carefully thought out. We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.”

“It was unusually cold weather so we were not able to enjoy beach, but easy walking access was nevertheless appreciated. Sofa bed in living room and the two beds upstairs worked well for the four adults. Nice to have downstairs half bath as well. Some of the dishes in cabinets were not very clean and had to be washed prior to use. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, and multiple coffee makers..”
