“My family of four was so happy in this house that we made all our dinners there and spent lots of conversation time on the decks. The kitchen was excellently appointed with a really nice stove. The descriptions don't mention all the beautiful flowers surrounding the property. It was a treat to be able to see the ocean from one of the decks every day. The town of Summerland is so sweet, we liked it as much as we liked Santa Barbara.”

“We had a fabulous February stay in the Castillo Villas during our Santa Barbara trip. We traveled with our high school daughter. We found the property very convenient to the downtown area and walked back and forth, even at night without concern. The Villas are located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a comfortable king bed and an it’s own updated bathroom. Our daughter used the hall bathroom but it was just as nice as our attached bathroom. We loved the open and……

“We had a lovely stay at the home. The location is great - an easy walk to the beach or to shops/restaurants. The home is really beautiful but does have some quirks - to be expected perhaps with an older home. There is very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom, so everyone ended up showering in the first floor bathroom. The upstairs bed was quite firm. The wooden stairs are beautiful but very slippery. Our stay included not one, but two, slips down the stairs - one in socks and one……
