“We spent the New Year on Bute and the was in the perfect location not only for its views over the Firth, but also for exploring the rest of the island. It did feel a little chilly on arrival, but with the clear instructions we were soon able to get it feeling nice and warm. “The property was falsely listed as having a bedroom with a king bed, queen bed and sofa bed in one bedroom – this led us to believe we could house all our family members with no issues. Upon arrival the room was not as described and had only a king bed and sofa bed which caused an unexpected inconvenience for sleeping arrangements.
