“I absolutely loved my stay at Crossaig Lodge and I cannot thank Susan enough for going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Would thoroughly recommend, but would make sure you’re a confident driver, as the road to the property is a little treacherous. ”

“Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across……

“Truly outstanding for accommodation service and especially the food. Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. A pure delight of a place with superb breakfast and dinner. Also little things like suddenly jasmine tea suddenly being available when I had simply asked if they had any on the previous day. A real sense of making your stay as perfect as possible. ”

“We spent the New Year on Bute and the was in the perfect location not only for its views over the Firth, but also for exploring the rest of the island. It did feel a little chilly on arrival, but with the clear instructions we were soon able to get it feeling nice and warm. We had to extend our visit for another night as we didn't realise the ferries didn't run on Bank Holiday, but this was not a problem - for Campbell or for us!! Campbell was extremely helpful before and during our visit, so a……
