“Very good value and the breakfast is a bargain. Visiting in a heatwave, it perhaps wasn't ideal to be in one of the south facing bay window rooms with a sea view as it got quite hot, but any other time of year would be fine. The shower was a little on the small side but worked fine.”

“A clean, well-run place. I booked at the last minute, so the email with information on accessing the place was sent by email while I was on the train. Wifi on the train was non-existent, so I had difficulty downloading the information, so I rang the landlord, who was extremely helpful. ”

“It was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and well presented . The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Broadstairs. We will definitely visit again.”
