“Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location. Parking was challenging on occasion, but doable. Easy access to the building, although the key fob went missing once, it was resolved quickly. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.”

“My daughter and I stayed for three nights for her basketball tournament. It was more spacious and quieter than the busy hotels and convenient to everything in Newport News and a quick 10-min ride to Hampton. Very clean, fun decor, and the kitchen had what we needed for a few simple meals. Shower, washer and dryer all worked well.
