“My family stayed for a long weekend. We love the location- being able to walk to the science museum, bookstore, restaurants, park were all amazing! There was a charger a block away where we were able to top off our car before heading home. The house itself is very comfortable and clearly a lot of thought and care have gone into making it welcoming for visitors. Our hostess, Lisa, was friendly & accommodating. “We stayed with my brother and his family while in Sacramento for a Thanksgiving weekend with other family members. The house was perfect for our needs, just a few miles from the rest of our family. This is a great area with easy access to restaurants and shopping, and also close to downtown. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and up on the river trail that's accessed from the park a block away. The house was as advertised, very clean, with a nice kitchen for preparing meals. “I gave all one stars because I did not appreciate my experience. On the day I was supposed to check in, I was told a few hours before my check in time that my reservation was cancelled due to plumbing issues and a leaky roof. The property should have been checked/inspected beforehand, not the day of my check in. I should have been notified beforehand, not the day of my check in. To be told in such short notice by the host is unacceptable and it was so inconvenient having to make last minute……

“We really enjoyed our time here, our only complaint was it wasn't long enough. The deck is wonderful spot to gather, the water toys were great. Beds were comfy and extra bedding was plentiful.”

“This home is exactly as pictured - very clean. This is the perfect place for a large couples getaway as the home is has many large, comfortable king beds. We spent most of our time relaxing on the large deck. We watched the boats pass by and the sunset each night. I worked from this house on one of the days we were there and the WiFi was excellent. Check in was seamless and we will certainly be back!”
