“Amazing location, well maintained, staff is amazing. Rich &yummy breakfast and amazing warm pool. Spa was unique and one of the best I’ve been to. Traveled with a baby and the did above and beyond to accommodate us ❤️ Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel. ”

“Eccezionale! Posizione perfetta, comodo da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio e a due passi sia dal lago che dal centro storico di Bolsena. Camere in palazzo antico appena ristrutturato con tutti i comfort ma con gusto retrò: pieno di quadri ed arredamenti d’antiquariato. Personale estremamente cortese e colazione ricca di prodotti locali biologici e buoni! Ripeto, consigliatissimo, soprattutto per chi vuole concedersi una pausa rilassante in coppia.”

“It was great experience with this property. Coming quite late it was difficult to find. As we arrived we were offered dinner for reasonable price and since we did not feel going back to town we accepted. Oh my God, that turned out really special dinner next to fire place in rustic surrounding, with three course plentiful, tasty meal and cake and their wine included. We felt like kings. In the morning we strolled along beautiful property. Rooms are very clean and cosy, rustic and beautiful.……

“We had a great time staying at Marfisa. Rooms had a nice and modern setup. Pool access was fantastic and dining option was good to have. They welcome guests with the bottle of wine from their own winery- which was a nice gesture. Spa experience was also nice and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place. “If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was warm, the staff were amazing and the food was some of these we had on our trip. Mario made us a dinner from scratch and it was much more than expected. Very quiet and relaxing area that has beautiful scenery in every direction. Mario set the bar extremely high for what we expected in the rest of the trip. We……

“This place is changing my fate ever!!! The spectacular mountain scenery with the quiet peaceful night in this Hotel. Although we went there in February this year, my mind often thinks of beautiful scenery. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy with numerous unique collectibles , your eyes never get tired , like a secret garden . We met Cristana , the most most kindness hostess we ever met, guided us the place good to eat , ready a warm and delicious breakfast ; even she stay closed with us ……

“If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too……

“Nice place. It is far from everything and there is only breakfast, with no other way of getting food or drinks (except for water). No refrigiator in the room, so there is no way of getting drinks or food there and no way of keeping it cool while there. They did offer to keep things in their private refrigerator but that was not accessible between 6pm and 9pm. I would recommend finding a solution for that. Everything else is super”
