“Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night. ”

“Conveniently located near Rialto Bridge. The facility has sufficient equipment. The fact that there are two toilets is also helpful if multiple people are using the room. The person renting the room is very kind. The rooftop terrace is also nice. The floor is a little slanted, but even with that in mind, I can't give it less than 5 stars. This is a room that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.”

“Bonjour, Nous avons été grandement déçus par cet hébergement tant les avis semblaient très bons. Parmi les rares points positifs, l'environnement, la place, le calme l'hiver et sûrement les belles terrasses pour les beaux jours. Les points négatifs sont malheureusement trop nombreux. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons récupéré les clefs dans une boite à lettres sur les indications téléphoniques du propriétaire et galérer pour ouvrir les différentes portes.
