The reception is not 24/7 and the representative are never there. The a/c doesn’t work inside the capsules. The capsules are not soundproof and we cannot sleep here because of the people walking around and people are talking. Everything is very much hearable. We cannot lock our doors and there is not place for our baggage to leave. Representatives……
