“The apartment was very spacious, almost new and with great amenities. Outside at street level are tree-shaded seating and the street is lined with all kinds of interesting shops all the short way to the fantastic Mahane Yehuda shuk which is filled with all kinds of produce, treats and fast-food is also extremely entertaining. The tramline is a couple short blocks away and brings us close to the Jaffa Gate in the old city. How I wish I could stay longer and sure hope to come back to this……

“Great 2 bedroom apartment close to Jaffa Street. The views and balcony were incredible. For me, this is the highlight. The property is spacious with good common spaces and kitchen. The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the old city and 5 minute walk to market. Overall, the location was very central for West Jerusalem. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for us. It is well situated on a lively family beach, with surfing, paddle boards, and clean restrooms. This beach, and those adjacent, are some of the nicest in Israel. The apartment is terrific; both it and its balcony offer a beautiful view of the beach and Mediterranean. If the beach isn’t your thing--the pool is gorgeous and quiet, as is the apartment building. Though we had a car (with great indoor parking), it's a two-block walk……

“I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was clean and well-maintained, and Jacob was quick and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the nice, big porch. One thing to note is that while one of the rooms has a great shower, it doesn’t have a full bathroom, just a sink and shower. But overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!”

“We had high hopes for this apartment based on the description and the pictures in the listing. The good: - good hot water pressure, air conditioning and washer and dryer (except dryer broke 4 days into our 10 day stay and they never fixed it) The bad: - the pictures do not match up to the apartment. The kitchen and the bathrooms are not accurate. - it looked like no one had bothered to clean it in 20 years. There was dust, mildew, mold all over the walls, window shades and appliances.The……

“The apartment was OK, rather old but kept in a decent condition. We rent apartments because we like to cook our own breakfast but the kitchen wasn't really functional. Looks like it has never been used for actual cooking. Generally, the place just felt unloved. The area is safe and clean with a tram stop nearby. Unfortunately, it's stuck between a very religious neighborhood and an office area so there is nowhere to go nearby -- no restaurants, stores, etc. The closest supermarket is 10 min……
