“員工要看個人運氣好不好，有的很熱心，而且會講中文。有的一板一眼，不願意幫忙。（因為腳扭傷無法爬到上舖，勉強上去但跌落到地上，再次要求已發生意外，其他的服務人員才趕快協助換床位）”

“Bathroom was always clean. However, there was hair on my sheets so I don’t think they were changed. Also, the door of my room didn’t seem to close properly with the top part having a gap. ”

We rose early watched the sunrise over the Dead Sea and we’re back down in time for the included buffet breakfast. We even had time to use the beautiful pool, ”
