“Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.”

“the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! ”

“The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, however the apartment was dirty (big time) we had no space on the bedrooms at all bathrooms were all black (really dark) appliances are old and dirty. You have no view of nothing all the buildings around the apartment are old and smelly.”
