“This hotel is in a great location if you want to visit those great historic sites or buildings. But I won’t recommend to use the laundry service because my white T-shirt is not so white after service person helped me to wash. I think they didn’t separate the different color of clothes. Also, one of the service person called us near midnight just because he wanted to make sure we want to take a taxi to airport tomorrow. And the departure time of our flight is 22:00. Actually he can confirm this……

The hotel has a great environment, perfect location and access, great food, and great amenities. It is also very safe and secured. My only suggestions which are definitely not a deal breaker for me: - Have a more diverse night meal menu.
