“The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece……

“Die Anreise war ein wenig turbulent, da die Hausnummer nicht mit der Beschreibung identisch ist.Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und zwei Kleine Hunde.Die 2 Zimmer sind sind mit zwei sehr bequen Betten ausgestattet.Die kleine Küche ist leider sehr provisorisch aufgestellt, keine ablagefläche, spülen muss man im Bad, das sehr umständlich ist. Aber machbar.Kühlschrank, wasserkocher und co sind bereitgestellt und für das Frühstück ist gesorgt, Toast und Toaster sollte mitgebracht werden, da nur Zwieback als……

“We had a magical 3 day stay at The Greenhouse Luxury Villa. The property and house exceeded the description and photos. The grounds of the villa were an enchanting place to explore. The Greenhouse had ample room for all 8 guests and the interior decor was as beautiful as it was comfortable. What made our experience beyond anything I've encountered was that the host made us feel like we were family. She shared the history of the property and helped us find the best options to explore Lake……

“There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient.”

“We had a great time. The house was charming and very comfortable. It is convenient to restaurants coffee shops and the grocery store are all within walking distant. The house was spacious and very nice. Typical European layout. I would definitely stay here again. Como is so beautiful. Blows Hawaii away. Sorry Kapalua, Maui you are now #2 in my heart. Although Sansei Restaurant in Maui is the best restaurant in the world hands down.”
