“I would have rated it higher if I could just in service alone! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. When we got lost getting to check in, they spoke with the driver to get us there. They took our bags to the room because we were early and did so much more. The huge tub was a great addition after a long hot day. I couldn’t recommend this place any more. It’s a total must stay in the area and I look forward to staying there again ”

“Mooi appartement in het midden van de stad Ostuni Met uitzicht op de kerk. ”

“Well located accommodation both for the town centre and for the shuttle bus-stop to Ostuni station. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our only gripe was that the mattress was past it’s sell by date and was most uncomfortable. Otherwise a very positive stay. ”

“Great location minutes from Cisternino city centee. The room was charming with a cute garden and beautiful trullo. The only downside was a 20EUR charge for checking in after 8pm.”

“Very stylish duplex. Looks very new. All essentials are there and makes a perfect place for visiting Ostuni. Less than 10 minutes walk from heart of old town and very nice walk full of character. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. After MANY messages on whats app and email about our stay, exact time of arrival, mode of arrival, passports,ALL ANSWERED. Despite giving exact ETA, including train info I still was messaged OVER AND OVER while on vacation. Our agent was very late meeting, and even stopped answering despite waiting at the EXACT location instructed. After waiting 1 hour w/ all our luggage our agent finally responded and told us to go to a NEW spot. We followed that map with all of our luggage to……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed was better than we hoped and thought! Great to have a washing machine and terrace to dry clothes! Also great to have a second bathroom! The only challenges were check-in and parking. When people are travelling from one place to another it is at times very difficult to meet within the check-in time period. There was great communication and no problem meeting very early in the morning but there is a charge to meet outside of the check in time frame (which……
