“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though it’s not located right in the historic center, it’s just a 10-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. What truly stood out was the amazing service — the staff went above and beyond. I accidentally left something behind, and they were kind enough to arrange to send it to my next hotel in another city.
