“Overall this was an excellent place to stay! Well stocked (I did have trouble finding the towels but they were all freshly laundered in the dryer!) and had many seasonings and soaps Available (even though we didn’t need them, it was so nice to offer it! We had a couple little issues that were resolved promptly and communication was excellent! The only complaint is that there was only landscaping in the front and the outdoor furniture was covered in bird poop (and no bbq) so outdoors was not a……

“Initially we were surprised by how remote the location appeared as the house is a double wide trailer on the rural property of the owner. It’s set amidst fields of orange trees in a neighborhood with large fenced-in acreage, many with horses. The unit was nice and spacious, super clean, and a well equipped kitchen gas grill. Two deck areas on both sides of the house, grill on one, a gas firepit on the other. You can pet their two horses over the fence and their three dogs on the property was……

“We travelled from the southeast and really appreciated the communication ahead of time on what to expect upon arrival from both the property (how to open the gate, access the key, etc.) and the community. We knew to come prepared with groceries before getting to Three Rivers and what supplies we needed. We found the property be exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The yard and the river access was great, we had a great time hanging……
