“This was the most clean, organized and accommodative rental we have booked. This house makes you feel like you are a guest in someone's primary residence. The kitchen was perfect and the great room with 270 degree views was awesome and so were the decks!”

“Excellent property and amenities. Jet ski and pontoon lift at the dock. Very private quarters for all guests (3 separate structures).Perfect rental if you travel with your furry babies. The fenced yard is huge and very secure...even for Lil dogs. My pup had the time of her life!”

“The house worked well for us. The size was good, the location was close to downtown and also the tennis centers where my daughter was playing in a tournament. The neighborhood is ok, the neighbors dogs barked a lot and we had some issues with the A/C and upstairs temps. It was extremely hot out while we were there, so it's understandable, but it caused us to essentially not use the upstairs of the house. The house was clean and the property manager responded to emails about the house.”

“We had a wonderful time visiting Lake Sinclair! It was the perfect house for our growing family. My adult daughters & their spouses had plenty of room while our teenage daughter & her friend enjoyed their space. We loved being on the lake & still close to town. The house was beautiful! ”

“Literally the best spot on Lake Sinclair!! The home, the yard, the dock, the fire pit and the back porch!! All of it!! Will definitely be back! The beds are comfy! The home had paddle boards and kayaks! I could go on and on!! Loved it!!! Loved it all! ”

“This is an adorable cottage. Perfect size for my husband and I.. most the time sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds watching boats, listening to the rain…. restaurants and any kind of utility are not far away if needed. Check in and check out process was Easy. We had visitors from some deer and mallard ducks. Highly recommend ”
