“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. “This is a nice budget hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are nice and helpful, fluent in English. Good facilities - big lockers for skis/boots, big common area, indoor/outdoor onsen. It is up on the hilly slope. That's the only drawback, but it can still consider as that it is located at a convienent location in Happo One. We were happy to be able to book a room there at last minute (before it is sold out!) - to attend the Happo One Fire……
