“Both wifi and mobile were bad in the original room and they are willing to change in a timely fashion.”

“On the whole thing is good .the free breakfast is very good, but the room curtains are not overall shading curtains, which can not block the light in the middle, which affects the quality of sleep. at night, the lights on the street are very bright through the room and can not fall asleep.”

“We had a wonderful stay at High Ridge Manor. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was lovely; very spacious and comfortable. It had a gas fireplace and space heater, which provided plenty of warmth. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing. She greeted us when we arrived, and had snacks and wine waiting. Breakfast was provided, and Lisa made something different each morning. All of it was delicious and a hearty start before heading out for wine tasting. It was too chilly……

A problem I had was the sink not draining and I left a note for the housekeeper, but forgot to tell the front desk. Another problem I had was when I turned on the air conditioner. Maybe the filter needs changed, but it made me cough and sneeze until I turned it back off several hours later and then I had to……
