“Nice and friendly staff”

“We love staying at Hampton Boise Downtown, kids love the pool. The only down side on this stay was the breakfast it is usally really good but their ovens were broken. Only bread & frozen breakfast sandwiches available. Hopefully its fixed soon.”

“We enjoyed our one night stay for Valentine’s Day. The staff were friendly and kind. The hot tub was a plus and so nice to sit in while it was snowing. We were a little bummed with the breakfast because we went down at 6:15 and it wasn’t quite setup yet. Also the bar wasn’t open at 9:30 so we did not get to enjoy a night cap which is fine because I think there was a technical issue with the register. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back soon. ”

“Staff was amazing, very helpful, room and common area very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Pool area was stocked with towls. The only thing I had issue with was me bed was too hard and pillow were to puffy but that is not anyone fault but my own. Over all very satisfied.”

“We love the Riverside due to its convenience and walkability to the Green Belt walkway, restaurants, and downtown Boise. The heated salt water outdoor pool is also our favorite. ”

“Love the rooms here it's always a relaxing stay in town. Our room's refrigerator didn't work and we had to change rooms, the staff were friendly and accommodated our request. We did have to pay a fee for the room change. But overall a nice relaxing stay ”

“Convenient to Boise State. Fireplace going all day so comfortable. Granted a late check out since our flight was in the evening. So nice to have pump containers for shampoo, etc. maybe that’s the new norm!”

“Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is super convenient for college move-in for west campus dorms and apartments. Easy access, lots of parking. Convenient restaurant across the parking lot. Rooms have kitchenettes! I did not partake of the included breakfast, but I did take advantage of the coffee and iced lemon water in the lobby! Only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order. ”
