“The Bealey Hotel is located on the edge of a stunningly beautiful river valley surrounded by mountains about ten minutes drive east of Arthurs Pass Village. We stayed in a one bedroom villa (one of five from memory) all of which had panoramic views of the previously mentioned surrounding landscape. Our villa had a very comfortable bed, lounge and eating area and ensuite. While there was a bar refrigerator and some basic crockery and cutlery, the villa is not set up for self-catering.
