Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. “Good hotel.Excellent staff. Very polite and extremely helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. Looking forward to my next visit. One suggestion. “Friendly and professional staff. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Black mould in my bathroom, mattress had spring coming out of it. Funky and dangerous looking exposed wiring behind bed.
