“When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It……

“Loved everything about this place! The location between Little Italy and Mission Hills is perfect — close to restaurants and downtown but still peaceful. The rooms are spotless, modern, and feel like mini apartments with full kitchens and comfy beds. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was super easy. A bit of city noise, but totally worth it for the convenience and quality. Would absolutely stay again!”
