“Kim has thought of everything! The place is not big, but everything has a spot and it's really organized. She provides a list of things to do in the San Diego area. There were many toys for my 3 year old to play with. The tv's were easy to use which was nice! I have multiple chemical sensitivity so scents really bother me. This place was great. Kim washed everything without detergent for bedding, and used baking soda and vinegar for the rest of the cleaning. I didn't have any issues. ”

“I love how close this property was to the Amtrak train station and Little Italy. The only negative things about it was there was not a microwave and the tv was not working and no response from the host about the tv or any effort in fixing it. The remote needed recharging and there was only 1 channel available. Otherwise, the unit was clean and another thing to note is the front door is directly on the street. ”

“There’s so much I can say, the location, the views, the luxury furniture and the clean scent! “The condo is in an older complex, but has been somewhat renovated. I loved that it was close to Mission Trails park, but easy to drive to the main tourist attractions. There are a few quirks to the place, and it is not a resort -type property. For most residents, this is their full-time home, so be mindful of that and be respectful. The place was very clean and the host was friendly and responsive. ”
