“Could not say enough good things! The cottage was perfect for my family - my husband and infant daughter. The property was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The neighborhood was quiet with amazing food and coffee shops just a couple blocks away. North Park as home base was perfect for exploring Coranado, downtown and Balboa Park. “Nice place close bars and restaurants.”

“We stayed at this property, for the second time, this Christmas. We were so happy it was available. It was just as nice-if not nicer, somehow-than our first stay. The little house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was as quiet and pleasant as we remembered it being. We couldn't get the furnace to work when we arrived but Renee had the maintenance man there in less than 20 minutes. He needed to light the pilot light. I was so impressed with Renee's speedy……

“The rental was a great place for us. We loved being able to walk to the town of Kensington and it was close to San Diego State. The place was clean, cozy, and easy parking on the street. We recommend it! ”

“Overall everything was good. Oven didn't work but it had tried to hook to someone in our group's phone so not sure if that is why. Host responded to most messages and in good time. The property was clean, updated and per description. Our last night there there was a standoff with someone and the police about a block away and there were construction workers and noises which all are out of the properties control. Would stay again.”

“Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home……

“Lovely property, very private and peaceful. Close to Balboa Park and downtown. The room was large and comfortable. We felt very safe here as well. Definitely recommend. ”

“This is a very nice place in a very convenient location. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is clean and modern. Good Internet, good TV, nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds. I would absolutely have given it 5 stars if there had been a laundry room. I anticipated there being one when I saw "laundry detergent" on the list of amenities. Oh, and no stopper for the tub. My wife really wanted to take a bath. But we had a fantastic stay.”

“First time renting a house. First time in San Diego. From the moment we walked up the yard the house felt very unique and private. The yard has a privacy fence all around it and we never felt visible to the neighbors. The Jacuzzi was on a nice patio and was very clean. My girlfriend loved everything about the decor from the front door throughout the entire house. The kitchen and bedroom were clean and stocked with everything you might need or have forgotten. The bed was very comfortable and……

“Beautiful property, great location! Lots of homeless population between neighborhood and tracks but seemed harmless and stayed to themselves. Great walking distance to Petco and pier. “This casita was a great home base as I participated in the Komen walk. The location could not have been better, there was everything I needed during my stay and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice, private, clean space during a getaway.”
