“Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. “Hotel Arts Kensington was the exact stay I wanted and beyond! The hotel exceeded my expectations from their vibrant and helpful staff, to their excellent continental breakfast.
