“We were in RI to attend our son’s ODS graduation. We found the property to a dream. We were nestled along the shoreline. We swam, took walks in the neighborhood, played yard games and enjoyed some amazing family time. Plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed a boat tour and a tour of the mansions. Additionally ate some of the best food at a half dozen restaurants. RI will always hold a warm space in my heart. ”

“Loved this little house! Plenty of room for four girlfriends to hang out and be together or find cozy nooks to get some quiet time. Located at the end of the drive was a perfect setting only five minutes walking distance to the water. Beautiful sunrises!!! Jamestown itself was a sweet little town with some must sees. Driving time to Newport was under 30 minutes with so much to see and do. The house was well stocked and very comfortable beds. Great place to stay when you visit the area. ”

“Love the Home. Everything is updated and modern, very quaint and cozy. The visual of property is beautiful. Bathroom shower is perfect. Sitting outside on patio with the fire was nice and relaxing. Close to everything we wanted to see. Amazing stay! ”

“11 Nun was a perfect stay for our family and to visit with relatives that live in the area. Once we learned where all kitchen items were we did fine. I added measuring cups and teaspoons/tablespoon to the kitchen as there were none.Listing said central air but it was window units; an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice. The first part of our time was during a RI heatwave. The deck was fabulous and the beach chairs a plus.”

“The place was lovely and we could see the water from the deck. The living space was comfortable and the largest bedroom was very spacious. The house was nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was a good communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.”
