“The staff is so accommodating. The first day we arrived the front desk arranged for a taxi for the next morning.We had an early morning excursion. Second they arranged for a continental breakfast for us before the restaurant was opened so we could have a bite to eat. Then we phoned them and said we would be late returning after a lite fair is served. And they had a little snack available. They are very friendly and answered any questions we had. The property is right on the loch and very……

“Lovely hotel. My room was well equipped, including a fridge. I was overlooking what can be a busy street, but couldnt hear anything. Extremely convenient, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a couple minutes walk from the train ststion and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And the lovely front desk staff were happy to keep my suitcase at reception in the morning while I headed into town.”

“Service is good, breakfast is excellent. Wifi is slow and disconnect every 5 mins. Due the night time between 1700-2130. It is because, they share with the pub and restaurant guest wifi. When you showers the water sometimes hot and cold. The room is nice.Easy to park.”

“Beautiful manor house surrounded by acres of land and rich history. The service was amazing from check-in to checkout. Our room was beautifully appointed and decorated. Dinner was delicious at the hotel’s restaurant. My favorite part though were the Highland cows in a field behind the house. An absolute must stay!”
