Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. “We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. “The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are nice too, but I had paid for three breakfasts for three nights, then I paid for a forth night in the same room, and they would not let me use my prepaid, but unused, breakfast from the day before. It left a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel as it felt a bit unfair and stingy. The customer service just isn’t up to the level of a classy hotel.”
