“Personnel d'accueil professionnel, souriant et aimable. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et avec mini-réfrigérateur. Salle de bain neuve. Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à……

“The Hotel is located in a wonderful environment on top of a forrest hill. The drive up through the woods on a narrow gravel road gives a serene impression and then when you come up to the hotel you see a wonderful building located i a large park overlooking the city. It was well suited a my family with small children and I would not hesitate to stay here again should I be coming to Ostrava again”

“Another wonderful stay, great location for sporting events, short walk or tram ride to the local stadium and arena. Property is very responsive in communication, clean and recently remodeled.”

“The room was excellent the location excellent the building excellent. There was no information in the room. I booked understanding it was a hotel but there were no hotel services, no towels changed no beds made up no room cleaned. Could have been perfect but missed the mark.”

“There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside.”
