“MY 2 boys, husband & myself had a wondeful time! Our stay was from 7/29- 8/1. We loved the horses & the lake. We spent 1 day relaxing by the lake. My boys had so much fun on the paddle boats. The next day we went to Cooperstown to see the baseball hall of fame! Tom & Laura were amazing hosts! ”

The house was perfect for our group — great location, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed (including several items I don’t usually keep in my own kitchen). “I cant say enough about this property, its owner and its manager. It is beautiful and so comfortable. We ended up getting into a motorcycle accident on our way out east and we needed somewhere to rest for a few days. We couldnt of found a better place to do so. “We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark. “This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. ”
