“We like to meet up with some friends from Maine about once a year near the halfway point between us. Ray's Chalet is a great place to chill out and relax with friends and family. The Chalet is very clean and there's plenty of room for everybody. Great for grilling, lawn games, bonfires, etc. Ray adds a lot of nice touches as well, but I won't ruin the surprises for you. “Nice living and dining space. Plenty of room to spread out. with 3 bedrooms up and 2 down you can. A few of the outlets are not currently working and there may be a yellowjacket nest that needs to be dealt with near the back deck. Outside of that I would rent it again ”

“Our family really enjoyed this home over a long fall weekend. The home is immaculate with plenty of space/bathrooms for my 3 adult kids and my husband and I. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. Plenty of paper products, soaps, basic spices. I appreciated how clean it was. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. “We stayed here on a ski trip with friends. The property manager forgot to have the house cleaned before we came, and as a result the cleaners arrived when we arrived to check in. We wanted to eat dinner at the house but were forced to go out for dinner since it was not ready. The house was missing any blinds in 2 of the three main bedrooms (a big deal for parents with kids who wake up with the sun), and the tv did not work. The main toilet was brown and disgusting and master toilet was not……

“Well-appointed VRBO that my family absolutely loved. Kids did not want to leave. Takes about 10 min to get to Windham when the weather is good, about 15 min in inclement weather. We had a four-wheel drive vehicle so had no issues with the driveway but with a normal car it could be tricky if it's snowing or icy. Highly recommended! ”
