“The location was ideal. Only a 10-15 minute walk to PATH trains to get to Manhattan. It was one block over from many shops and restaurants. It appeared to be safe walking around and it was nice and quiet after the being in the city all day.The apartment itself was small but it was clean, nice and simple. “The apartment was cute and clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the host was great. It's a three floor walk-up in a safe neighborhood. It is great if you aren't driving.The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is the parking situation. There really isn't anywhere to park. Everything in West New York, NJ is by permit, so you have to plan ahead. The host provided us with some options, but we got into town very late after driving from Michigan. The parking……

“I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full……

“This apartment is perfect for people looking to explore NYC, having a good place to sleep in a convenient location away from the city buzz. Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door. Astonishing view from NY skyline during most of the way. Hosts were amazing giving very detailed instructions for parking, public transportation, city activities, etc. Parking was just as described by……
