“Outstanding ”

“Excellent stay with family, staff were all amazing particularly as we were travelling with my father in law that lost his wife 2 weeks prior to our trip. The rooms were of a great standard especially with our 17 yr old, we particularly liked the additional adjoining bedroom in the family which made the stay more comfortable. Good breakfast choices and standard.”

“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

“I recently stayed at L’Horizon & found The Ommeroo to be much nicer/cleaner/friendlier and half the price. Could not have been better. ”

“Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Buses also stop nearby. Only a couple of……

“Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”
